I know what you're thinking. "Mm-hmm, what's the 'story' behind this not-so-great shot?" Well I'll tell you. I shot in RAW! I wanted to try it before I attempted it with the family pictures tomorrow. I kind of dig how it opens in photoshop and I was quite relieved to see that picasa will view the RAW files. And I can officially add 'indoor swimming pool' to my list of Worst Places To Attempt Taking Photos list. Wowza.

  1. Great! I saw an improvement in my photos in RAW (especially with the Rebel XT). Have fun playing with it!

  2. I wish I could shoot in RAW (well, I can *shoot* in RAW, I just can't open it)...I'm so happy for you though! Have fun with it!

  3. I always shoot in raw so that I can fix color issues and *shh* exposure issues in ACR if needed. All that blue in an indoor swimming pool would make it hard not to get a blue cast! You did a good job!

  4. Ah, the joys of low light, huh :)

Way to try something new, you will enjoy it!

P.S Get lightroom, best money you can ever spend to process raw!
